St Aidan’s E-Pistle for the week of September 14
What a beautiful day to be living in the Pacific Northwest! I am continually amazed by the abundance of blessings God has poured into my life – first among them is St Aidan’s! The warmth and love of this community is astounding, and the helping hands at every turn is inspiring. I am doing my best to keep up and I appreciate your patience with me as I find my way!
Speaking of blessings… It gives me great pleasure to announce that Bill White has been elected to the Bishop’s Committee and confirmed by the Bishop’s Committee as Sr Warden. Bill is somebody you can’t help but instantly like the moment you meet him, and clearly someone with a tremendous gifts and wisdom. God is good!
This Sunday our Sunday school program kicks off. We’re also still blessing backpacks. So, if you have a school bag or have children who do, bring them to church this Sunday. We will pray over them and bless them.
Have a wonderful week
